Importing to Canada from France: 6.1 % import duty + 5 % GST + provincial HST/PST. RIV (Registrar of Imported Vehicles) processing mandatory for vehicles under 15 years; vehicles over 15 years are CMVSS-exempt. Provincial registration varies: SAAQ (QC), MTO (ON), ICBC (BC).
